Background: Within the treatment of dementia, management of behavioural and psychological symptoms (BPSD) is a complex component. Purpose: We wanted to offer a pragmatic synthesis of existing specific practice recommendations for managing BPSD, based on agreement among systematically appraised dementia guidelines.
